You'll need:

A big mirror. Big enough to see your face and upper body 1 feet away

Hair clips to pull hair from your face and expose your ears

A top that shows the full length of your neck and chest. I think it's best to do this topless. This will avoid the shape of your neck to "fake" lines around your face. So make sure you cover the windows and that you won't get caught topless!

Now look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself these questions:
