When evaluating your facial shape we'll have to take an objective look at your portrait.
You'll need:
- A big mirror. Big enough to see your face and upper body 1 feet away
- Hair clips to pull hair from your face and expose your ears
- A top that shows the full length of your neck and chest. I think it's best to do this topless.
This will avoid the shape of your neck to "fake" lines around your face. So make sure you cover the windows and that you won't get caught topless!
Now look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself these questions:
Following my hairline and jaw-line as the outer border of my face, what is the overall shape?
How wide is the widest point of my forehead when compared to my jaw-line?
Is the widest point of my jaw-line wider than my forehead?
How prominent and rounded are my cheekbones compared to my forehead and jawline?
With the answers to these questions you'll be able to determine the shape of your face.
A friend or relative can also be the judge. Just make sure you're wearing a top this time, heheh.
