Womens fashion pants are available in variety of styles. From shorter womens capri pants to conservative womens dress pants to trendy high waist pants. But although slimmer skinny pants are said to be the most popular choice, wide leg pants seem to grow with interest among young women.

You and I need a couple of great fitting womens fashion pants. Why?

  • Some workplaces don't allow denim jeans as a part of your outfit, of course!

Womens Dress Pants An Essential!

They're perfect for almost everything -- most occasions and outfits.

You can look sophisticated by pairing it up with a dress shirt, or whip it up with a fitted v-neck sweater and colorful accessories for a chic in-the-city look!

All-season Dress Pants

Dress pants in black, dark brown, light gray and khaki will work well on all occasions and seasons, and should be an essential part of your wardrobe.

Wool Dress Pants

If you live in a very cold country, I would advise you to secure at least one pair of wool dress pants. They look great with a fitted turtleneck in black or white. Try red, mustard yellow or purple for a slightly dramatic yet chic fall look.

A classic white dress shirt or blouse will also go well with wool pants.

Note: We're not aiming for a stiff-teacher-uniform-look. So avoid wearing a top or sweater in the same color as the wool pants.

Alos, wool is never a part of a summer wardrobe.

Summer Dress Pants

When spring is around the corner, it's time to start dressing lighter. So choose dress pants in cheery colors like beige, white, light pink, light blue, yellow and light khaki for a fresh and feminine summer look.

Black Evening Pants Essential!

Black evening pants are usually made of luxurious fabric like satin. For a semi-formal dinner party outfit, mix it up with other dressy details like ruffle blouse and a pair of eyecatching pumps.

They'll also look good as part of an office work outfit.

Womens Linen Pants Essential!

Comfy and lightweight, these are great when you have to move a lot without sacrificing style. You'll avoid sweating your butt off when it's scorching hot outside. And they're perfect for your unshaved legs on a hot summer day!

Perfect for tropical vacations, city sightseeing, etc.

Your solution when you're taking out the trash, working out, taking a walk with your dog and staying in and slacking off.

I wouldn't recommend wearing them other than what I just mentioned. Unless you want perverts looking at your butt.

Tip: Try drawstring sweatpants with soft fabric like velour or cotton blends.

Skinny Pants Trendy and Popular

It is one of the most popular choice of pants, but it's not for everyone.

If you have curves (as in fleshy lower half), skinny pants will definitely emphasize that, however, you can offset your hips and thighs with high heels shoes or a top with details.

Womens Capri Pants Perfect for summer

I have to be honest, a few years ago capri pants weren't my favorite pieces because they visually cut my legs in two, making them look shorter and stubbier. However I found a way around it by adding sandals with a little bit of heels and I loved it! If you have short legs like me you might want to look into cropped pants instead (pants that fall down to your ankle area). Capri pants look best on taller and leaner body shapes, but there are exceptions.

Womens Slacks A must if you have a casual style

We all need a pair of casual pants that fit loosely around the thigh and hip area. I personally love the casual dress pants style that make my legs (along with wide leg pants) breathe a little.

Slacks remind you of men's dress pants, only that they're slightly looser. They look great with a fitted tee and flat sneakers.

Whether they're shorts, cropped or full-length, you can't go wrong with a pair of cargo pants!

They're a must if you're opting for a solid casual wardrobe. Perfect for traveling, outerwear or for any casual occasion.
