Striped Dress Shirt Different
Pinstripes are great for a change from plain white shirts. Stripes will visually slim and elongate your upper body.
If you already have a long waist/torso add a belt around your waist with the pinstripe shirt or stick to plain shirts.
You can find striped dress shirts in different colors. Black/grey stripes on white is a classic. Other alternatives are black on mauve, light pink, light blue, etc. Experiement with your favorite and lot least, your best colors. |

Wrap Dress Shirt Stylish
For a new feminine twist, try a dress shirt in wrap style. It adds a whole new dimension sophisticated yet feminine look, don't you think?
It looks flattering on all body shapes.
If you want to fill out your chest more, find wrap shirts with ruffles, pleatings or other details along the neckline. |

Short Sleeve Shirt For hot summer weather
We need something lighter and a bit more comfortable for warmer months.
So I recommend growing your shirt-wardrobe with sleeveless or short sleeved shirt blouses in colors
like white, cream, pastels or other sweet shades.
Also try chiffon fabrics for extra lightness. |

Light Colored ShirtChic and Feminine
Other than standard white, take a look at light blue and light pink dress shirts.
These look great and are appropriate for all seasons, especially summer.
Notice how you can feminine yet sharp in a light pink striped dress shirt?
I recently saw a newsanchor at CNN who wore a satin hot pink shirt, toning it with a black blazer -- it looked fabulous! It looks appropriate for semi-formal settings and occasions. But the key to looking good in a bold colored shirt is to pair it with something neutral, like a black jacket, pencil skirt or dress pants. Just tone it down a little. Also make sure your skintone suit it. Find your best colors by clicking here |

Black Womens Dress Shirts Sexy and Sophisticated
The best way to wear a black dress shirt is to pair it with muted gray/charcoal or light khaki dress pants or skirt. For a casual
Friday, dark denim jeans will also work.
What about black shirt with black bottom? I don't know about you buy I think black with black or any other dark colors look outdated. However, if you must wear black with black, graciously add feminine accessories like brown skinny belt around your waist and gold chain bracelet. Also wear a pair of non-dark colored shoes. Try it and see if you like it. If you don't, stick to my first recommended colors. Pairing a black shirt with other colors than mentioned looks funny. |

Ruffle Shirts Trendy
If you're attending something semi-formalish or just want to look pretty, try shirts with different frilly details or/and fabric.
Examples of frilly details are ruffles along the button line, belted style, slightly puffed shoulder, pleats, pearl buttons... Only your taste can decide!
Examples of feminine fabrics are satin, silk and chiffon. |

Tunic Shirts Chic-smart
What's wonderful about tunic shirts is that they're more feminine, less stiff and can be customized into a very stylish outfit.
Like for example you can switch the pants with a pair of leggings or tights. You can also wear a tunic shirt as a dress in the summer.
A casual-classy option compared to tailored womens dress shirts!
