Wide Leg Jeans Advice
"How to Look Chic in Wide Leg Jeans"
Wide leg jeans are a chic piece and a great option when you want to expand your wardrobe!
Skinny jeans aren't your only options to look stylish, you know.
Looser silhouettes look gorgeous on almost any shape
because they streamline any figure and create more width and curves on any straight body shape.
Pair a pair of wide leg pants with a fitted tank top and necklace.
And if you go for the high waist style, you can tuck in a turtleneck sweater and add a nice belt for a very sleek and stylish outfit.
You can either go casual or sophisticated with them.
You'll find more fashion advice on how to wear them further down this page!
How to Select the a Pair of Wide Leg Jeans
I believe it will suit you no matter body shape.
If you have curves, it will create a lean streamline which minimizes your hip and leg-area.
But if you have a straight frame with no significant waistline, wide leg jeans will create curves!
And guess what, if you have wide shoulders or voluminous bust, it'll balance your frame perfectly by adding more width around your lower body part!
Great, huh?

Height-wise, if you're tall or a plus-size woman, the widest hemlines will compliment your proportions best. However if you're petite
slimmer hemlines will work great with your short frame.
Note: The wider legs, the more obvious and 70'ish they'll appear. So if you want to create a fashion statement, choose a wider hemline.
If You Are a Petite Size
If your height is 5'4 (162cm) or shorter, then you need to be careful when it comes to wide leg jeans.
Wider pieces can sometimes swallow you up, but of course, it's all in how you wear it!

So who do you think suit wide leg jeans more? Mary Kate or Katie?
See how those wide leg pants with the puffy shirt drown Mary Kate's appearance? Katie suits the look better because of her taller figure and she
knows that she has to balance her proportions by wearing a fitted top.
So if you're petite and are contemplating on putting on wide leg pants,
wear a more fitted top or opt for a narrower hemline.

Now we're talking!
It's in the Hemline
A good tailoring makes any pants look amazing on you.
To create a long and lean look, the hem of your jeans should barely skim the floor. If it's too long, even just an inch or two, it'll look sloppy and
make you look like you're going to trip anytime soon.

This means that you wonÂ’t be able to wear the same pair of wide leg jeans with your heels and ballet flats. The downside is that
you have to commit to one type of shoes per wide leg jeans. Cuffing the hemline on wide leg jeans looks hideous, so choose wisely!
