If you have curves, it will create a lean streamline which minimizes your hip and leg-area. But if you have a straight frame with no significant waistline, wide leg jeans will create curves! And guess what, if you have wide shoulders or voluminous bust, it'll balance your frame perfectly by adding more width around your lower body part! Great, huh?

Note: The wider legs, the more obvious and 70'ish they'll appear. So if you want to create a fashion statement, choose a wider hemline.
