According to Pantone, based on their Catwalk observations there are 10 colors predicted to be the most popular which are:

The top 5 colors are soft but bright - showing some careful optimism in the economic down turn. The 5 bottom are neutrals to pave way for budget fashion. We'll be seeing a lot of neutral colored garments as well as bright and not brash accessories worn as accents with the neutrals.

Statement bracelets and rings continue this season, along with the all-time classic turquoise beaded necklaces and hoop earrings. Other re-occurring trends are studs (although not as hot as it was last season), chunky statement sandals, prominent shoulder details, lace, ruffles and lots and lots of stripes!
