You can find them in all kinds of designs, such as vampy open toe boots, slip ons, wedge and of course, the classic and wonderful pump style. Thanks to Sex & the City Carrie Bradshaw the peep toe bootsies have become a major hit and won't make us look stupid in winter! They're perfect for both everyday and special occasions, from skinny jeans, tights to pencil skirts.

For Fall/Winter
Pair them up with hosiery like for example opaque or cable knit tights, lace tights or leggings. This allows you to wear your peep toes when the temperature starts to dip. The hosiery will balance heavier sweaters and layered looks, so you'll avoid looking like a huge cone.
Be creative
That means although they ooze a glamorous sex appeal you can still pair them with something casual. Wear it casually with knit sweaters, long tees and tunics, jeans, miniskirts or a pair of denim shorts. You might also want to try different styles such as peep toe boots, wedges, gladiator sandals, etc. Also switch nail polish color for a sassy shoe look; choose between bare, nude (French), pink, red, purple, black, you name it!

Take note of your office's dress code
As you might already know, open toe shoes aren't appropriate for formal work settings; it's "too revealing" and may distract your co-workers. However, they're perfectly fine in casual/business casual environment. Each office setting has their own set of dress code so be sure to check with them first.
Select the right shoe size
Make sure that it doesn't look like your one big toe it sticking out like a camel's toe or like your foot is giving someone the 'finger'. It just looks weird, so make sure you pick the right size for your feet (length and width-wise). Another trick to looking fantastic in open toe shoes is to wear a pair which reveals at least a part of the next toe so that the one big toe doesn't look lonely.
Great looking toes
Get them pedicured, manicured and maybe trim the hair on 'em too.

A couple of basics when it comes to buying open toe shoes is to select a pair that flatter your legs and height.
A common issue is if you have short or thick legs, and/or are short in heigt. You might want to be careful with your choice. Here are some tips on how to flatter your silhouette: Shoes in colors that are similar to your skin tone to create an elongating your legs. Avoid contrasting colors such as white on black (or color block) as it will instantly shorten your legs. The more foot you show the slimmer your legs will appear. If you go for open toe boots make sure they match the color of your bottom to make you appear taller. Also, the more details you place on your feet the heavier they'll look and the more attention they'll get. Click here for more tips on how to buy shoes.
