By keeping the accessories simple and sophisticated you won't take the spotlight from the beautiful lace details. So avoid the accessory-overload (which looks tacky by the way) with too many fussy things going on.

A couple of guidelines:

Keep your neck free from necklaces
Simple earrings, bracelets and rings are highly appreciated in a lace outfit
Keep the rest of your accessories in solids (eg. basic red ankle booties, solid black pumps, etc.)

Simple is chic

I know that mini dresses are the hottest thing right now (and will always be) but if you want to maintain a chic and tasteful look, it should never let your cleavage spill out and or show your waist in cut-out panels. The lace alone is sexy enough.

Knee length or shorter

The best length for this dress is right on or above the knee. It looks much more vibrant and chic. Right below the knee is ok too - but make an effort to raise the length of your legs with a pair of heels.

If you're a bit nervous about this style

Opt for a dress with lace trims on the neckline instead. Or you can also select a dress that isn't so body fitted such as an A-line skirt or kimono sleeves. If you're afraid of making it look like you're trying to look younger - you may want to wear the dress in dark blue or brown, for a sophisticated and less vampy look.
