Improve Self Confidence
1. Knowing what clothes to wear and how to wear them to give you the best body (outfit) proportions and fit
2. Knowing your best colors and how to use them to your advantage - giving you that healthy and unstoppable glow
3. Self-confidence - meaning letting your personal style shine through
Having self confidence is the icing of the cake and what you get from knowing what looks best on you! If you've got number 1 and 2 right, a confidence-boost is inevitable.
I disagree to some degree with some women who say that what matters most is wearing whatever you like and whatever that strikes your mood as long as you feel comfortable in it.
Because you see, I've seen many women (as well as men) who strut their stuff and show confidence. Sure, it's mesmerizing to watch their confidence. But still, you'll notice the other things that don't look good.
Don't get me wrong, a person with confidence always looks great, but if she wears the wrong pants for her body figure - let's say she has short legs and wear capri pants that fall down to her muscular mid-calves - confident or not, she won't look her ultimate best. The hem will draw attention to the widest part of her legs and make her look shorter.
I've talked about it with many of my friends and they all agree with me on that. I'm talking about that little extra. The little extras like colors, fit and proportions that complete the whole package.
The casual beam of confidence is about feeling comfortable in the clothes you wear, telling the world: "Hey, this is me. I like the colors I'm wearing, I love the shape of this top and my waist looks awesome in it, and I don't care what people think!" (This signals that you're confident and positive, and makes you look attractive).

So instead of wasting all of your energy on hiding yourself behind clothes or trying to disguise what you don't like with something that clearly isn't a part of your personal style, make an effort to accentuate your best assets.
The point here is to shift your attention and make yourself feel good about yourself. In this way your confidence will sky-rocket!

If there's anything about your body (or face!) that you love and makes you feel sexy/empowered/confident/beautiful then wear clothes, colors and details that highlight that. Learn about the "Enhance & Minimize" trick
However.. Don't overdo it. Especially if it's inappropriate for the occasion. Like say, if you wear a fitted pencil skirt to highlight your curves, balance it with a more loose-fitted top. There are perverts in this world, and over-defining your womanly parts can result into unwanted attention.
Basically, the more connected you are to your personal style the more confident you'll appear in the clothes you wear. That's because you'll instinctively choose pieces that are completely YOU.
Your choice of clothes is then more likely to be a reflection of who you are; your likes, interests, inspirations, aspirations - the very essence of your personality.
And this my friend, will show when you're out there wearing your outfits! You'll feel and look 100x more fabulous when you are comfortable in your skin (your personal style) because you can be yourself, rather than trying to pretend you're something you're not by wearing clothes that just don't jive with your personality.
