I think you should go for strappy high heel shoes for a "lacey" and sassy (yet classy) look! I don't know how your legs look but you might want to be careful with ankle straps as they can make you (especially your legs) look shorter. If you're going for gold shoes, make sure you wear some gold on top as well (necklace, earrings, eye makeup, etc.).
