If your legs are short and/or full, opt for something neutral that doesn't draw too much attention to them.

Examples are solid dark colors such as black, blue, dark brown and olive green.

You can also wear discreet textures such as matte wet-look or lace to conceal short and/or full legs.

Adding some length to your legs will also improve the look of your legs, so throw in a pair of heeled boots or sandals that blend in with the color of the hosiery.

Be careful with prints and textures

They can often add pounds to your legs and even shorten them. If you want to wear prints on your legs but don't want to chunk them up, opt for vertical patterns - or anything that makes the eye go up and down, not to the sides.

Mix & match correctly

If you're wearing a pair of eye-catching fashion leggings, make them your outfit's focal point and add basics and solids to balance out your look.

Bright colors are ok, just make sure it's a solid with minimal details to avoid looking loud. I would personally wear a casual red tunic dress with a pair of lace leggings and cognac brown platform ankle booties.

Choose the right length

If you have full and/or short legs, I recommend you to select a pair of leggings that extends down to somewhere between below your calves and above your ankles. Classic calf-length leggings are height suicide for your legs, and they bring attention to them which is not something you want, right?
