-- Your Autumn Color Palette"

Color analysis autumn season
This page is all about your Autumn color season which you identified yourself with through the seasonal color analysis. Here you'll find your personal autumn color palette for your rich and warm complexion.

If you're an Autumn, then you probably have:

  • A lot of depth to your coloring (strawberry blonde, red, golden, reddish brown, natural black with reddish tints)
  • Earth tone quality to your eye color (bright brown, deep brown, green, hazel, dark blue)
  • Olive, beige, ivory, bronze skin with yellow or peachy undertone

As well as Caucasians with pale skin and rich colored hair, many women of color fall within this group. Also, most natural red-heads are considered Autumns because of their spicy hair color and peachy skin.

Autumn Color Palette -- You Look Best In:

You and Spring share the same characteristics -- warm, peachy and golden colorings -- so if you're a lighter shade of Autumn you might flow towards Spring's color palette.

Usually, your complexion is accented with rich golden, spicy and earthy colors. You can wear both muted and rich, warm colors such as the autumn foliage or exotic spice colors. So look for a warm golden undertone (or yellow if you will) when adding new pieces to your closet.

You might also want to extend your color palette by doing a flow color analysis. It tells you that you can wear colors from another season depending on the intensity of your hair, skin and eyes.

If you're an Autumn you may find that you suit some colors from Winter and Spring color palette, which is normal because your colorings change due to health, lifestyle, hair dye, working out, etc. Learn more.

Suggestions to Hair and Skin Color Changes (tan, lifestyle, hair dye)

Mini notebook icon Do you have dark brown or deep chestnut hair but dyed it lighter? Then also try wearing colors from the Spring palette or move down to the lightest scale of Autumn (for example Soft or Warm Autumn).

Mini notebook icon Do you have golden blonde to medium golden medium hair but dyed it darker? Then move up the Autumn scale and try the Warmer or Deeper colors.

Colors You Should Avoid Wearing Close to Your Face

Clear, bright colors. Pure white and black near your face will fade your look. Also avoid true pastel colors at all cost. Your complexion will look dull in these sugary colors -- giving you a sick appearance.

Mini notebook icon Note: You can look stunning in black (especially if you have red hair) but you have to top it off with jewelry and/or makeup colors strictly from your Autumn palette.

Finding Your Accurate Group in the Autumn Color Palette
