Affordable Pearl Jewelry
"Look Classy-chic with Pearl Necklaces, Earrings & Bracelets"
Affordable pearl jewelry is a wardrobe must for a Parisian finesse. It's a classy piece of jewelry and it looks good with almost anything - just throw a pearl necklace with a flowy boho dress, or a pair of pearl stud earrings with jeans and tee. It'll polish your outfit, for sure!
Pearls are just one of those classic fashion pieces that go with just about all clothing styles and occasions. That's why I consider it to be a jewelry essential.
Cheap Pearl Jewelry Options
You don't have to buy the most high-priced pearl jewelry there is. In fact, you'll do just fine with cheaper pearl jewelry that is made of imitation but quality materials such as glass (Swarovski) or oyster shell.
Another affordable pearl jewelry type is freshwater pearls which are almost on the same price range (if not cheaper) as Swarovski glass. The reason they're cheaper is because they're born and bred by mussels which can produce 30-40 pearls, compared to oysters which can only make 1 or 2 pearls. Since they're natural, they're the closest thing to real, luxury pearl! But the biggest differences (which can be the downside to it) are the lack of luster than the salt water pearl - and they're not as perfectly round.
How to Buy Affordable Pearl Jewelry
Cost-effective & convenient: Pearl Jewelry Set
They can also multiply your outfit by changing the look of your outfit as well as keep you covered on various occasions (earrings for daily everyday wear, necklace for dates and bracelet for special occasions).
Secure the classic white pearl before expanding your collection with other colors such as black, gold and silver.
Select the right pearl color
Rose colored pearls work for all skin tones but are less versatile than the classic white. Rose pearls also give off a sweet look, compared to white which has a more polished, well-dressed appearance.
Solidify your jewelry drawer simple styles
A medium long pearl necklace (not a choker or not too long like a pendant), simple stud earrings (not extending past your ear flip) and a single strand bracelet are versatile and add the right amount of classy to any outfit.
The size of the pearls should be scaled to either your body size, wrist/hand size, bust size or facial features - it depends on what works best for you and what you personally want to draw attention to/away from.
Oversized, statement jewelry is super-chic and more acceptable for any fashionista to wear. But if you're Petite then make sure to keep the rest of your outfit simple.
Take pearls to the edge
Or simply creating a chic juxtaposition by wearing it with a clothing style opposite from it such as a relaxed bohemian dress or a casual-sporty sweatshirt.
Another tip is to stretch your style envelope. So after securing basic pearl jewelry, expand your collection with trendier styles.
I love pearls. And to really develop my Classic clothing personality I always make sure to be on the look out for pearls in various trendy styles. Examples are pearl hoop earrings, bracelet cuff with flat pearls, biwa (long, pendant-shaped) pendant necklace (which I made myself by wrapping it in gold wire), etc.
